My self Harshita Jaiswal from India. I belong to Varanasi city, the oldest and most spiritual city of the world. I am a highly qualified and experienced yoga professional with 3+ years of teaching and therapeutic practices. I hold a Master Degree in Yogic Science, and my expertise extends to various styles. Additionally, I have specialized training in therapeutic yoga techniques, and alternative therapies like Marma Therapy and Acupressure allowing me to provide holistic support to individuals seeking physical, mental, and emotional healing.

I also hold the title of Asian Champion in Yoga and an International Yoga player, begs many Medals at International level for India.
