My name is Sapna. I am from India. I have done My bachelor degree from KUK haryana india. i am 3 time gold medalist in all india national championship of Yoga. I have done Yoga & naturopathy therapy diploma and YTTC 300hr of Bikram Yoga from Mumbai.

it’s been 10 Years I am practicing Yoga and 6 years teaching.

currently i am working in Indonesia with JUST YOGA FIT as a Yoga teacher since 2019.

i am experienced about many types of yoga like vinyasa yoga, Bikram yoga, Hatha yoga,ashtanga Yoga, Yin yoga, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, Iyengar Yoga pranayama & meditation

i like to learn everyday from everyone and sharing knowledge .
