NEW TO YOGA

WE WERE ALL BEGINNERS ONCE .

At Just Yoga we specialize in beginners. We understand it can be an apprehensive experience starting something new. However when you walk into Just Yoga you will feel at ease as we will guide you every step of the way.

We have classes that are specifically designed for absolute beginners and beginners, just look at the schedule of your nearest studio to find a timing that’s suitable for you. You will not be alone as we have new beginners starting their journey with us every week. Then activate your VIP trial.

BEFORE CLASS

  • Do not to eat any large meals up to 2 hours before class.
  • Just fruit or a light snack.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch.
  • Bring some water.
  • Try and arrive 30 minutes before class as to allow the Service Executive to introduce you to the teacher, so they can ask if you have any specific health difficulties that they need to be aware of and what you wish to achieve.

DURING CLASS

 

 

  • Turn off you phone
  • The teacher will help you with your alignment and posture
  • Enjoy yourself and relax.

AFTER THE CLASS

  • Have some refreshments with the teacher and he will answer any questions that might have risen during the class and arrange a one on one consultation for your next visit.
  • Have a hot shower.
  • Walk out the door feeling fantastic.
